Here is a recipe for a super delicious Spicy Coconut Noodle Soup, using free-range chicken bone broth:
100ml full fat organic coconut milk
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
100ml Ossa Bone Broth (chicken varietal)
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1-2 chopped red chillies (or as many as you want!!)
2 tablespoons, finely chopped ginger
1 chopped organic garlic clove
1/2 bunch spring onions
1/2 juiced organic lime (or a whole one if that is your taste!)
Gently sauté the chillies, ginger and garlic until softened.
Add the Ossa Bone Broth and coconut milk and simmer.
Meanwhile, add boiling water to the noodles and wait until softened
to taste. Drain the noodles and add to the sautéed sauce.
Add fish sauce and lime juice, stirring the mixture and finish with spring onions or lemon grass. Serve hot and enjoy!
