We’ve taken our slow cooked beef bone broth, rich with collagen and added a careful blend of organic maca root and sea spaghetti. Maca can help promote increased energy and is in a unique class of plants called adaptogens – they can help balance, restore and protect the body. Sea spaghetti, a brown seaweed long used in cooking, contains iodine and magnesium and has antioxidizing, anti-inflammatory properties.

We slow cook our broth up to 24 hours and use raw apple cider vinegar to help facilitate the release of collagen, amino acids, calcium, gelatine, magnesium, phosphorous, and potassium.
