4 Organic, free range eggs Half a cup of Ossa, The Bone Broth, Beef varietal A large nob of Ossa, The Ghee Pink Himalayan salt Freshly ground black pepper and a cup of your favourite green vegetables
Process
Fry vegetables in organic ghee, add half a cup of bone broth and leave to simmer
Gently melt a large nob of organic ghee on a low heat pan. Crack the four eggs into the pan and begin to quickly whip together or scramble.
Add pink Himalayan salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
As the eggs begin to solidify, begin to stir until it is a thick and creamy texture.
Serve hot on a bed of steamed vegetables!
