Tuscan Chicken Orzo

Looking for a wholesome, flavour-packed meal the whole family will love? This Creamy Tuscan Chicken Orzo, made with Ossa Organic Chicken Bone Broth, is the perfect balance of comfort and nutrition. Juicy, seasoned chicken thighs, sun-dried tomatoes, and creamy Parmesan come together in a rich, nourishing broth-infused orzo—bringing out deep, savoury flavours in every bite.
Season the chicken both sides with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
Pan fry the chicken in Ghee for about 4 minutes each side to brown it, then remove from pan
Add some more Ghee and add the onion and garlic until the onion is soft and browning
Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
Add the Orzo into the pan and mix and let cook for a minute
Pour the broth into the pan, mix and place the chicken back in the pan. Cover and let simmer for 15 mins. Or until Orzo is cooked
Remove the chicken again and add in the Parmesan and milk and mix well. Add 3 handfuls of Spinach and mix again
Add the chicken back and serve
