Satisfy those sweet-tooth cravings with this high protein chocolatey treat that's also low in sugar. This recipe for cacao and collagen bark is simple, satisfying and also makes you look like a pro in the kitchen. Ideal for sharing, but we won't blame you if you don't!

Ingredients 

Method

  • Using a double-boiler gently melt Ghee.
  • Stir in Collagen, add Chocolate and melt together.
  • Whilst melting, line a baking tray with Baking Paper.
  • Once melted pour onto lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle Nut & Coconut mix on top.
  • Store in fridge for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Break into pieces and serve.
