Gut Healthy, refined sugar free and absolutely delicious Mango and coconut chia puddings. Made with our Certified Grass Fed Collagen Raised for an extra dose of superfood protein goodness, perfect for a snack, breakfast on the go or dessert.
Ingredients

1 Tbs ossaorganic collagen peptides

1 cup coconut milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

1-2 Tbsp of honey

½ tsp vanilla extract

1/2 fresh mango, peeled and chopped

desiccated coconut to decorate
Directions
Combine coconut milk with collagen, honey and vanilla
Add chia seeds and mix well
In a cup layer pieces of orange and mango and the chia mix
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours minimum
Top with fresh mango and desiccated coconut
