Spring is in the air with these bright and delicious Keffir berry ice lollies boosted with gelatine from @lets_eat_better_together!
These could not be easier to make and adding gelatine means that not only are they full of essential amino acids (the building blocks of your body) support strong joint, digestion and. skin health…the use of gelatine means that the lolly itself won’t melt as quickly!!
These ice lollies are a wonderful family treat and if you would like to make them here is the recipe below:
Ingredients

1 heaped tbsp. Ossa Pasture Raised Gelatine

I am using pasture raised gelatin by @ossaorganic Free from hormones, antibiotics and anabolic steroids.

Kefir 500ml

2 cups frozen berries blended with a touch of water. I am using organic Summer berries by @packdco
Directions
Combine 1 cup water and gelatin in a pan gently until the gelatin dissolves.
Allow to cool a little. Say 10min before adding your kefir and blended frozen berries.
Pour into your lolly moulds. I am using silicone moulds from Amazon.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
