2 tbsp honey

3/4 cup milk

2 tbsp ossa organic ghee

2-Ingredient Cherry Compote:

Handful of frozen cherries

1 tbsp honey
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour, oat flour, egg, and milk. Mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Melt 2 tbsp of ossa organic ghee and add it to the pancake mixture along with the honey.
For the cherry compote: Microwave the cherries and honey for 2 minutes, then let it sit until cooled down.
Cook the pancake batter on a frying pan or crepe pan over medium heat, adding a bit more ghee. Cook until lightly golden on both sides.
Enjoy your pancakes warm, topped with the two-ingredient cherry compote and an extra drizzle of melted ghee!
