Directions
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry.
In a mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with melted tallow until evenly coated.
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sea salt (and any optional herbs or spices).
Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy.
