Ingredients

1 cup rice

1½ cups Ossa Organic Bone Broth (Chicken, Beef, or Vegetable)

1 tbsp Ossa Ghee

Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Begin by rinsing the rice thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch. Drain well and place it in a saucepan.
Pour the Ossa Organic Bone Broth into the saucepan, ensuring that there's enough liquid to cover the rice by about 2.5cm. For every cup of rice, approximately 1½ cups of liquid is needed.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan tightly with a lid. Allow the rice to simmer gently for about 13 minutes, or until it's tender and has absorbed all the liquid. Avoid stirring the rice during this process to prevent it from becoming sticky.
Once the rice is cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it stand covered for an additional 5 minutes. This allows the rice to steam and become fluffy.
After resting, uncover the saucepan and fluff the rice with a fork. Add 1 tablespoon of Ossa Ghee and gently mix it into the rice until well combined.
Serve the bone broth-infused rice hot, garnished with chopped spring onions for a burst of freshness and flavor. Enjoy this wholesome and nourishing dish as a side or as part of your favorite meal.
