Craving a Chocolate treat? Try these homemade Reese's Eggs! 🐰🥚
Ingredients
-
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
-
1/4 cup blended oats
-
2 tbsp honey
-
2 scoops collagen powder
-
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, blended oats, honey, collagen powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into egg-shaped pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the eggs for 30 minutes to set. Once the eggs are firm, it's time to give them that irresistible chocolate coating:
Melt dark chocolate and mix in 1 tsp of ghee for added richness.
Dip each egg into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
Place the coated eggs back onto the parchment paper.
Sprinkle a pinch of Himalayan salt on top of each egg for the perfect sweet-salty balance.
Allow the chocolate to set by refrigerating the eggs for another 15-20 minutes.
