Eating for a healthy gut doesn't mean missing out on the foods you love! Ossa's Paleo Collagen Pancakes are a great way too boost your diet with fat soluble vitamins, omega 3s and collagen protein, and something that everyone will love - especially the kids! Why not give them a go this weekend?
Ingredients

1 scoop of Ossa Certified Grass Fed Collagen

2 eggs

2 ripe bananas

2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut

1 tsp of ghee
Directions
Combine together using food processor or blender.
Melt The Ghee in a pan and pour thickened mixture to desired sized circles.
After 2 minutes flip until golden brown on both sides and repeat.
Serve with raw cream and berries or for a fresher lighter side with raspberries and mint.
