Looking for a quick, delicious, and deeply nourishing meal? This simple noodle soup is packed with flavor and gut-loving nutrients. Perfect for a cozy lunch or a light dinner, this recipe is versatile and can be tailored to your taste with your favorite greens and spices.

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g organic rice noodles
  • 1 tsp Ossa Organic Ghee
  • 240ml Ossa Organic Bone Broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
  • Chili flakes, to taste
  • Pink salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup of your choice of greens (spinach, kale, bok choy, etc.)
  • Nori sheets, for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Simmer the Noodles: In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, add the organic rice noodles to 240ml of Ossa Organic Bone Broth. Bring to a gentle boil and cook until the noodles become translucent and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season the Broth: Once the noodles are cooked, season the broth with a pinch of pink salt and a dash of chili flakes, adjusting the amount based on your heat preference. For added warmth, you can also add some freshly grated ginger at this stage.
  3. Enrich with Ghee: Stir in 1 tsp of Ossa Organic Ghee, allowing it to melt into the broth. This will add a lovely, buttery richness and depth to the soup while delivering essential healthy fats.
  4. Add the Greens: Top the soup with 1/2 cup of your chosen greens. You can either stir them into the hot broth to wilt them slightly or keep them fresh for a vibrant crunch.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Finish with a few torn nori sheets on top for a touch of umami flavor. Ladle the soup into bowls, serve hot, and enjoy every comforting slurp!
