Immunity Soup
Repost @sophiaskitchentherapy Starting by your diet, what you eat has a massive impact on your immune system. There are also certain foods that contain anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. So I like to combine immune support plus anti-viral ingredients in all my meals currently.
This soup is so easy and it contains lots all of the above to keep you healthy.
